Cajun, Creole, and Barbecue are all comfort foods. They may vary from region to region, but even more so from home to home and family to family. We based our Southern selections and barbecue on traditional ideas that have deep roots and then put our own spin on it.

One of the local favorites in historic downtown Flagstaff is MartAnne’s Burrito Palace, a family-owned Latin-inspired restaurant that consistently serves up amazing dishes with just the right amount of spicy flavoring. At Fat Olives, our wood fired dome oven was constructed in Italy by the Refrattari Valoriani family and is over 3900 pounds of Italian fire power.  Fat Olives began in Flagstaff, Arizona as a mobile catering company over 25 years ago by award-winning chef, John Conley. John Conley and his recipes have been awarded and featured in magazines, in newspapers, and on television, including "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" on Food Network.

Although our sophisticated reputation and tasty food causes people to wonder if Karma Sushi Bar Grill is part of a chain, the restaurant is locally owned, and based on the key values of innovation and excellence.

Owner Steven Scully began in the restaurant business in 1986, first working on the east coast, and then in several high-end sushi restaurants in Arizona, learning along the way.
